Blockchain Tech Applications
Sectors of the Economy and Web3 projects seeking to disrupt them
This is a moving post, which means I will keep updating the list as new information is acquired. It is important to understand that the Web3 space is still new and rapidly evolving, hence information moves quickly.
According to CoinMarketCap, there are more than 13,000 cryptocurrencies. Many will fail and many will rise. Hence, do your own DUE DILIGENCE. One thing is promised: an exciting future. THE INTERNET IS FUN AGAIN.
Blockchain technology, Cryptocurrencies and Web 3 applications are words that are used interchangeably. Personally, I prefer Web 3, as it depicts an improvement over Web 2 and reflects a promise of disruption to incumbents.
Some are still doubtful about the use cases of cryptocurrencies but when viewed in the context of an improvement on Web 2, the use cases can be clearer. Hence, the need for this documentation.

Some of these cryptos can fail spectacularly and some will truly achieve their goals and soar. Be careful out there.
Thanks for reading.
